Senior Architect

Requirements:

-30 - 40 years of age

-Holding a Bachelor’s Degree from a Reputable University (majoring in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Product Design & Architecture)

-Min 8 years of experience in a reputable interior design consultancy in Indonesia or abroad

-Has been involved as a team member or leader minimum in one (or more) of these kind of interior design project (office building, apartment building, airport, hospital building, etc)

-Has experience in leading a project equal or larger than 5,000 m2 area or minimum 8 storey high building

-Skill in AutoCad, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In Design, Adobe Illustrator, Scheduling Softwares.

-Bill of Quantity and Cost Estimation

-Have good command of English (Writing, Conversation, and Business)

-Have personal transportation and holding a local driver’s license
